Why we created OrzaMe: when management started taking more time than it should
OrzaMe wasn’t born from a big strategic plan or from the idea of creating the next must-have software for freelancers. It came from something much more everyday: the need to better organize our own work and stop wasting time on tasks that, in theory, should be simple.
The origin: a real need
For years, we’ve been looking for the simplest way to manage day-to-day work without letting administrative tasks become a constant burden. It wasn’t about creating our own tool just for the sake of it, but about solving a very specific problem: the feeling that management always ends up taking up more space than it should.
The search for solutions
We tried different third-party options. Some very complete, others very powerful, others that promised to simplify everything. But we almost always ended up with the same feeling: to do relatively basic things, you had to go through too many steps, too many configurations, or too many features that we didn’t actually need. We weren’t looking for a huge system that did absolutely everything, but something clear, direct, and easy to use.
At the same time, we saw many professionals around us dealing with repetitive processes, redoing documents, duplicating information, and adjusting data over and over again. And even though we tried to organize ourselves better, we still felt that our own management could be much lighter. More natural. Less intrusive.
From the beginning, we understood that the problem wasn’t the lack of tools, but that many of them were designed for larger structures or to cover much more complex scenarios. What we needed was something different: simpler, more focused, and less overloaded.
The simplification process
OrzaMe was born from that reflection. Not as a sudden impulse, but as the result of trying, discarding, and starting over from scratch. We asked ourselves a very direct question: if the goal is to manage things well without draining our energy, what can be removed? From there, we started simplifying for real.
We didn’t want to build the most complete software or the one with the most modules. We wanted a tool that would almost explain itself, that wouldn’t require hours to learn, and that wouldn’t get in the way between the professional and their work. Something designed for people who work alone or in small teams and want control without unnecessary complexity.
OrzaMe is the result of that simplification process. It’s intentionally simpler, intentionally more direct, and intentionally focused on solving a real problem without adding noise around it.
The road ahead
Right now, it works and does what we set out to achieve, but we want it to keep evolving. And for that, we need something very basic and very real: people who use it in their daily work and tell us what works and what doesn’t. Honest feedback is the only way to improve without making things complicated again.

Improve and control the management of your activity in a simple and effective way
Start for free nowAnd we won’t pretend otherwise: for the project to be sustainable, we need customers who trust the tool and subscribe to it. Not just so OrzaMe can continue to exist, but so we can dedicate more time to it, keep improving it, and make it truly useful for more people.
OrzaMe is not an improvised idea. It’s the result of years of trying to do things better each time. And if you’ve ever felt that managing your business should be simpler than it is, you’ll probably understand why we decided to start over and build it this way.
