The legal basis that justifies the processing of the aforementioned data is:
- Consent of the data subject for demo request forms, newsletter subscriptions, to manage job applications, webinar registration, user support in chat and processing of optional cookies accepted by the user (regulated in the cookie policy).
- Compliance with legal obligations for fraud prevention, communication with public authorities and third-party claims.
5. Retention of your personal data

Under what the GDPR establishes, you can request:

OrzaMe has adopted the legally required security levels for personal data protection, and seeks to install those other additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data provided to OrzaMe.
