    • This is only software that allows billing and managing the billing carried out, and that can be installed on any hardware equipment that has the minimum characteristics required by said software and an operating system compatible with it.
    • This product is designed to be installed on the user's own machines located on their premises (on-premise), being able to choose the type of installation that best adapts to their needs:
      • It can be installed on isolated individual machines (stand-alone) to be used autonomously on each of them.
      • It can be installed on different types of interconnected machines (client-server) that act in a specialized way requesting and/or providing services.
    • This software has the usual functionalities in this type of applications: capture billing information, issue invoices, consult invoices, billing statistics, export billing data...
    • This software allows independent management of several billings within it, separately complying with the regulations mentioned in section 1.k) of this responsible declaration for each one of them, as if, in practice, they were different billing computer systems.

The computer system to which this responsible declaration refers complies with the different technical and functional specifications contained in Order HAC/1177/2024, of October 17, and in the electronic headquarters of the State Tax Administration Agency for everything that completes the specifications of said order, as follows: In addition to the mode that is mandatory in certain cases (such as the fingerprint algorithm to be used), other implementations used are:
    • Use of transactional technology of the database management system used to achieve consolidation, in a single transactional unit, of invoice issuance and generation of the billing record corresponding to the invoice.
    • Existe la posibilidad de elegir una forma especial que permite entrar en la aplicación de facturación de tal manera que solo se da acceso a la información con trascendencia tributaria, ocultando o impidiendo el acceso a la posible información confidencial de carácter no patrimonial, de forma que la Administración tributaria pueda acceder directamente a la consulta y al resto de funcionalidades exigidas sobre la información de los registros de facturación y de eventos. En este caso se ha implementado mediante un control tipo "check" que puede ser seleccionado (por defecto no lo está) antes de entrar en la aplicación.
